摘要
目的 :对桂林西瓜霜喷剂中黄芩甙的含量进行测定。方法 :应用 RP- HPL C法。色谱柱 :No Va- Pak C18柱 (4μm,15 0 m m× 3.9mm id) ;流动相 :甲醇 -水 -磷酸 (45∶ 5 5∶ 0 .2 ) ,流速 :1.2 ml/ min;检测波长 :2 80 nm;柱温 :40℃。结果 :线性范围 0 .5 34~ 2 .6 70 μg。黄芩甙的加样回收率为 97.6 5 % ,RSD为 1.11% (n=5 )。结论 :方法简便、快速 ,精密度和稳定性良好 ,适合于桂林西瓜霜喷剂生产的质量控制。
Objective:To detect the content of Baicalin in Guilin watermelon frost Methods:The RP HPLC method was used The RP HPLC conditions were NoVa Pak C 18 column(4μm,150mm×3 9mm id);CH 3OH∶H 2O∶H 3PO 4(45∶55∶0 2) as mobile phase,the flow velocity was 1 2ml/min and detected at 280nm;the temperature of column was 40℃ Results:The average recovery was 97 65%,RSD was 1 11%(n=5) Conclusions:The method was sensitive,rapid and accurate and can be used for the quality control of the Guilin watermelon frost
