圆二色谱测试参数设置之探究

摘要 主要探讨了CD测试参数(如光谱范围、溶液浓度、盐及缓冲液种类、吸收池光程、倍增电压、基线校正等)的设置对测试结果的影响。正确设置这些参数可有效提高测试结果的准确性和可靠性。 The key points of test condition for CD have been studied in this article,such as absorption of light,concentration,salt and buffer selection,cuvette selection,dynode voltage,baseline correction etc.These key steps are the basis for the accuracy and reliability of the test.
