矿浆输送专用钢管的开发

摘要 介绍了矿浆输送管道的特点及其发展;分析了矿浆输送钢管的选材、关键性能指标及内在影响因素。外径不小于508mm的管道宜选用直缝埋弧焊管,外径小于508mm的管道则宜选用电阻焊管。耐冲蚀磨损性能是矿浆输送钢管的关键指标,硬度、韧性及组织综合影响材料的冲蚀性能。在成熟高强度管线钢的基础上,适当调整成分及生产工艺,进一步提高综合力学性能,有望开发出具有优良耐冲蚀磨损性能的矿浆输送钢管。 The characters and development situations of slurry pipeline are summarized. The selection of materials, key performance index of slurry conveying pipe are analyzed. Longitudinal submerged arc welded pipe is a better choice for pipe with OD not less than 508mm. Otherwise, electric resistance welded pipe is better. Erosive wear resistance, which is influenced by hardness, toughness and microstrueture, is the key index. On the basis of high strength pipeline steel, adjusting composition and process, to further enhance the comprehensive mechanical properties, is expected to develop the slurry pipe with excellent erosive wear resistance.
