The Design and Implementation of an Electronic School Roll Assistant Management System in Higher Education

学籍信息管理是我国高等教育管理的一项重要工作。自2004年起,我国高等教育学籍信息管理进入计算机网络平台管理阶段。因此,研发一套面向学籍管理工作人员、普及性强、界面友好、操作简捷、高效实用的电子学籍辅助管理系统势在必行。本文基于Microsoft Visual C++、MFC和Access小型数据库开发技术,设计并实现了一套学籍辅助管理系统。此系统实现了学籍信息管理和学籍信息分析两项主要功能,可通过直接输入或导入指定格式数据来编辑反映学籍信息的变化,并可导出指定格式数据,与国家学籍管理平台实现对接;另外,可按设定要求计算、统计学籍信息变化情况,为学科建设发展、学生日常管理提供科学分析数据。本系统的研发立足于实际工作,具有操作简捷、高效实用等特点,可大大缩短学生学籍信息更改的周期,实现真正意义的学籍信息动态管理,能够成为高等教育学籍管理的重要辅助工具。

School roll information management is an important work in higher education management of our country. Since 2004, school roll information management in higher education of our country has entered a stage of computer and network management. Therefore, it is imperative to research and develop a set of electronic school roll assistant management system with wide popularity, friendly interface, simple and direct operation, high efficiency and practicality, which faces school roll management clerks. This paper designs and implements a set of school roll assistant management system based on Microsoft Visual C＋~, MFC and miniature database Access. The system realizes two main functions of school roll information management and analysis. It is able to edit and reflect the changes of school roll information through directly inputting or introducing data with specified format, and can export data with specified format, which is compatible with national school roll management platform. In addition, the system can calculate and add up the change of school roll information through importing the analysis of specified data according to given requirement, so as to provide scientific analysis data for the development of discipline construction and daily management of students. The system can greatly shorten the period of changing students＇ school roll information and really realize dynamic management. Also, it is believed that the system would be an important assistant tool of school roll management in higher education. As a whole the system features simple and direct operation, high efficiency and practicality.
