山东省会展物流业存在的问题及发展对策

The Problems of Shandong Exhibition Logistics Industries and Their Development Countermeasures

针对山东省会展物流业存在的供需矛盾突出、物流模式落后、服务质量不高、专业人才缺乏、管理机制不完善等制约行业发展的问题,提出积极争取政府、会展商、物流商等利益相关者的支持与重视,加强行业管理,提升服务水平,创建企业品牌,培育专业人才,引入第四方物流等发展对策。

In response to the problems that restrict the development of the exhibition logistics industries in Shandong province such as outstanding conflicts of supply and demand, backward exhibition logistics modes, poor services, lack of professionals, imperfect management mechanism, and so on, this paper proposes some development countermeasures for the exhibition logistics industries, including positively fighting for the support and attention of such interest-related parties as the government, the exhibitors and the logistics operators, strengthening the regulation of exhibition logistics industries, improving service quality, creating enterprise brands, cultivating professional talents and introducing the mode of the fourth party logistics.
