Performance test and commercial application of 2-butanol dehydrogenation catalyst

对YTDH-1型仲丁醇脱氢催化剂与国内催化剂A进行性能对比,结果表明,YTDH-1各项物性指标和催化反应性能优于国内参比催化剂A。YTDH-1型仲丁醇脱氢催化剂在淄博齐翔腾达化工股份有限公司反应装置上进行整炉工业使用,表明YTDH-1型仲丁醇脱氢催化剂的反应活性较高,产物选择性好,再生周期延长,外观整齐强度好。

Compared with catalyst A, the performance of 2-butanol dehydrogenation catalyst YTDH-1 was investigated. The results showed that the properties of YTDH-1 catalyst was better than that of the refer- ence catalyst A. The catalyst YTDH-1 was used in the commercial equipment of 2-butanol dehydrogena- tion of Zibo Qixiang Tengda Chemical Co. , Ltd. The results of commercial application indicated that YTDH-1 catalyst exhibited higher catalytic activity and good selectivity to methyl ethyl ketone in the two- year operation period, and had regular appearace and high intensity. Compared with the common catalyst, the regeneration period of catalyst YTDH-1 was prolonged.
