摘要
对盐酸直接分解磷矿石进行了试验研究,在设定的因素水平下正交试验结果表明最高磷溶出率的条件为:盐酸质量分数12%,盐酸过量100%,反应温度60℃,反应时间1.0 h。在最佳反应条件下所得的含磷酸解液可以通过氨化中和方式回收磷元素,所得湿基枸溶性磷肥含有效磷(以P2O5计)质量分数为20.440%。
An experimental study is made of direct decomposition of phosphate rock with hydrochloric ac for the highest hydrochloric ac d, and at the set factor level the results from orthogonal tests show that the conditions phosphorus dissolving out rate are mass fraction of hydrochloric acid 12%, excess d 100%, reaction temperature 60 ℃, and reaction time 1.0 h. Under the optimum reaction conditions the phosphorus-containing acidolysis liquor can be neutralized by ammoniation to recover phosphorus element, and the wet citrate-soluble phosphatic fertilizer obtained contains 20. 440% mass fraction of available phosphorus ( based on P2O5 ).
