全低变工艺技改总结

摘要 针对变换工段一直存在系统阻力大的问题,决定新建1套变换装置与其并联运行。与原变换装置相比,新建装置的吨氨蒸汽消耗从545 kg降至<250 kg,系统压差≤0.04 MPa,日产氨醇994.01 t,而且具有自动化程度高、操作简单、运行安全可靠的特点,达到了预期目标。 As high system resistance always exists in the shift conversion section, it is decided to establish a new set of shift unit to run in parallel with the existing one. In comparison with original shift unit, the steam consumption per ton of ammonia of the new unit decreases from 545 kg to 〈 250 kg, the differential pressure in the system is ≤0.04 MPa, the daily output is 994.01 t of ammonia and methanol, and it is highly automatic, its operation is simple, and it is safe and reliable in operation, thereby attaining the expected objective.
