摘要
采用GC-MS联用技术对陕南不同地区产桐油及相同地区不同季节产桐油中的主要成分进行了分析,由此判定原料桐油品质是否达到后期合成复合材料对其中桐油酸含量的要求。测试结果表明,每种桐油中主要都含5种脂肪酸:棕榈酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸、硬脂酸和桐油酸,其中影响桐油酸品质的桐油酸含量在几种桐油中分别占91.9%、80.3%和52.1%,说明产地和气候对桐油中桐油酸含量均会产生影响。
The main constituents of tung oil from southern Shaanxi province in different areas or different seasons were tested to evaluate the quality of the tung oil by GC-MS.The results shown that each tung oil contained five main kinds of fatty acids,which were n-hexadecanoic acid,octadecadienoic acid,linoleic acid,stearic acid and tung-oil acid.The contents of tung oil acid which affected the quality of tung oil were 91.9%,80.3% and 52.1% in each sample,respectively.The data suggested the content of tung oil acid was influenced by area and season.
