摘要
以海藻酸钠(SA)和聚氧化乙烯(PEO)为包埋剂、碳纳米管(MWNTs)为吸附剂、CaCl2为凝固剂制备了复合凝胶球。探讨了PEO含量和分子量对凝胶球状态的影响,并研究了包埋剂用量、MWNTs用量、吸附时间和pH值对Cr2O27-吸附去除性能的影响。实验表明:当SA为2%(质量分数,下同)时,PEO分子量为10×104、含量为0.5%的凝胶球可形成均一尺寸;包埋剂SA/PEO对Cr2O27-没有吸附能力;在25mL、4mg·L-1的Cr2O27-溶液中,当MWNTs用量为60mg时,吸附2h后达到平衡,去除率达到95.3%;在酸性溶液中的去除率大于中性和碱性溶液。
With sodium alginate (SA) and polyethylene (PEO) as entrapment agent,multil-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) as adsorption agent, SA/PEO/MWNTs-Ca gel beads are prepared in CaC12 solution. The content and molecular weight of PEO were adjusted to improve the state of gel beads. The effects of the amount of entrapment agent, MWNTs, batch adsorption and PH value on Cr2O27- adsorption were studied. The results indicate that gel beads with excellent state can be prepared when SA concentration is 2 %, molecular weight of PEO is 10x10^-4, content of PEO is 0. 5 %. SA/PEO has no effect to adsorption. The 95.3% of Cr2 O27- can be adsorbed by gel beads with adding a dose of 60mg MWNTs. The ad- sorption for Cr2O27- reaches equilibration by 2 hours. Adsorption can be obtained in acid solution stronger than in neutral and alkaline.
