摘要
采用溶液聚合法,用环氧氯丙烷做交联剂制备玉米淀粉接枝顺丁烯二酸酐农用吸水树脂。结果表明,聚合反应的最佳温度为60℃,环氧氯丙烷与玉米淀粉摩尔比为0.2,顺丁烯二酸酐与玉米淀粉质量比为2,在此条件下制备的接枝共聚物在蒸馏水和0.9wt%氯化钠溶液中吸水倍率分别为330g/g和63g/g。红外光谱证实了接枝产物的生成,热分析研究表明,吸水树脂表现出良好的热稳定性。
Superabsorbent in agriculture based on grafting copolymerization of maleic anhydride onto core starch were prepared by solution polymerization using epichlorohydrin as cross-linking agent. The resuh indicated that the absorb- ency of superabsorbent was the highest when the reaction temperature,mole ratio of epichlorohydrin and core starch, mass ratio of maleic anhydride and core starch degree were 60℃, 0. 2 and 2, respectively. Under the optimal conditions, the high- est absorbing capacity of the product in distilled water and 0. 9wt% NaC1 solution were about 330g/g and 63g/g, respec- tivety. IR result proved the formation of grafting structure in the product. Supersbsorbent showed well thermal stability by thermogravimetric analysis.
