摘要
以硅氧烷为疏水剂,采用液相、气相沉积法在铝板基体上沉积纳米级疏水性膜,通过接触角和扫描电镜对其进行表征,氟取代甲基三甲氧基硅烷液相成膜的接触角为139°,十八烷基三甲氧基硅烷成膜的接触角为136°。研究了它们的防腐蚀性能。结果表明:疏水膜在常温下,95%乙醇,浸泡12~15天,疏水表面可以保持接触角大于90°。表现出良好延缓腐蚀的能力。
The hydrophobic film (siloxane)was prepared on aluminum by means of liquid or vapor deposition. Theirsurface structures were studied using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and static contact angle. The static contact angle of fluoro-siloxane hydrophobic film with a water drop was 139°, and the hydrophobic film(ODS) was 136°. Their anticorrosion were studied. The results showed that.-the hydrophobic film (siloxane) kep static contact angle at 90°after Immersion in 95% Ethanol for 12day~15day. Which indicated that they were good at corrosion resistance.
