摘要
为了提高隔膜泵的使用寿命,需要设计出满足强度要求,结构合理的出料空气包。本文利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对出料空气包进行强度分析,并得到应力线性化结果。依据ASMEⅧ-2(2007)对应力线性化结果进行强度评定,同时对出料空气包的结构进行优化设计,提高了隔膜泵出料空气包的材料利用率,降低了成本。为出料空气包的结构改进提供了理论依据,并对隔膜泵液力端其它零部件的结构优化具有一定的指导意义。
It is necessary to design the discharge air chamber which strength can met requirement and structure is reasonable for improving service time of diaphragm pump. In this paper, mechanical strength of discharge air chamber has been analyzed and stress linearization results can be achieved by means of finite element analysis software ANSYS. The stress linearization results can be evaluated and structure can be optimize designed by ASME V^-2 ( 2007 ), as well as the utilization of material can be improved with the cost reduced. The resuhs provide theoretic dependences for improving structure of discharge air chambers. They also have a certain instructional significance for optimizing other components of diaphragm pump.
