摘要
简要介绍了RCM技术的特点及兴起的背景,指出了国内发展RCM技术的必要性。阐述了经典、简化以及反向RCM的确定维修任务的基本思路以及特点;通过三类RCM技术的比较分析,提出了根据设备或功能的关键度来选用RCM方法;最后,对国内外RCM技术的分析比较,讨论了国内RCM技术与国际水平的差距,并针对这些不足提出了国内发展RCM的建议。
After introducing the advantages and development background of RCM （ Reliability Centered Maintenance）, the necessary of devel- oping domestic RCM technology is pointed out. Then the process and characteristic of classic RCM, streamlined RCM and reverse RCM are analyzed. Based on the comparing three kinds of RCM, the rule how to choosing RCM is brought forward. At last, after comparing the technol- ogy of domestic RCM with foreign RCM, the technical level difference is indicated, and the development direction of domestic RCM is dis- cassed.
