摘要
为研究煤矿工作面前方回采巷道煤岩电荷信号分布规律,用自主研制的电荷辐射测试仪对工作面前方煤岩电荷信号进行现场实验测试。分析得知:煤岩所受应力与电荷感应信号之间存在较好的对应关系,煤岩所受应力越大,电荷感应信号值越高,特别是巷道的支承压力影响区,电荷感应信号值明显高于非支承压力影响区;在煤岩体破坏剧烈区域,电荷感应信号值较大;电荷感应信号可以预测预报煤炮发生;顶板断裂前电荷感应信号值较小,可以预测顶板断裂。这可望为预测预报煤岩动力灾害提供一种新的方法和手段。
To research the discipline of mining roadway in coal mine coal charge signal distribution, the self-developed charge radiation testing machine is used to do field test experiment for the charge signal in front of the working face. Analysis result shows : coal and rock stress and charge sensing signals has a good corresponding relation ; the greater coal and rock stress is, the higher the value of the charge induction signal is, especially in abutment pressure influence zone where the value of the charge induction signal is apparently higher than non-abutment pres- sure influence zone;the value of the charge induction signal is greater in the areas where coal and rock broke Seriously;the charge induction signal can be used to forecast the happen of coal gun ; the value of the charge induction signal is smaller before roof breaking, so it can he used to forecast roof breaking. It is hoped to provide a new method to forecast coal or rock dynamic disaster.
