摘要
本文对抚顺油页岩的理化特性及其热解过程进行了深入、系统的理论与试验研究。对油页岩进行了工业分析和元素分析。采用TG-FTIR联用的分析方法在非等温条件下研究了抚顺油页岩的热解规律,同时利用联机的傅里叶变换红外光谱仪对产生的气体进行跟踪,并分析气体组分的组成。研究发现,抚顺油页岩热解过程分为三个阶段,分解主要集中在400℃~600℃之间,最大分解速度随着升温速率的增大向高温区偏离;分解产物中除甲烷等饱和烷烃外还含有氮、硫氧化物的结论。
In this paper, kinds of physical chemistry characteristics of Fushun oil shales are researched by theoretical and experimental analy- sis. Proximate analysis and ultimate analysis of oil shale was carried out. By using TG-FTIR,an experiment was carried out to study pyrolysis law of Fushun oil shale under non-isothermal conditions. At the same time,the gaseous products are analyzed by the interconnected FFIR in real time to know its specific components. Conclusions are obtained that pyrolysis process of Fushun oil shale is divided into three stages ,and mainly concentrated between 400 ℃- 600 ℃. As the heating rates increasing, the maximum rate of decomposition Moves to the high temperature area;In addition to methane and other saturated hydrocarbons, nitrogen and sulfur oxides are also contained in the decomposition products.
