调节效应分析模型在心理学中的应用——以职业价值观、工作满意度与离职意向的关系为例 被引量:2

Application in Psychology of Regulatory Effect Model——Taking Relationship among Vocational Value,Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention as an Example

摘要 采用职业价值观量表、工作满意度量表、离职倾向量表对301名房地产从业人员进行调查。运用多元分层回归分析方法检验了员工职业价值观在工作满意度与离职意向中的调节效应。结果表明,房地产从业人员职业价值观中的同事关系、监督关系、利他主义与离职倾向关系显著;工作满意度与职业价值观、离职倾向关系都显著相关;部分职业价值观对工作满意度与离职意向具有调节作用。 Quantized tables of vocational value ,job satisfaction and turnover intention were applied to the investigation on 301 real estate employees. Multivariate Layer Regression Analyses is adopted to test the mediating effect of employee~ vocational value on job satisfaction and turnover intention. The results uncover that the professional value of the employees, co-worker relationship, supervision and altruism have significant correlation with turnover intention. Job satisfaction is significantly correlated to vocational value and turnover intention. Certain aspects of vocational value have regulating effect on job satisfaction and turnover intention.
