为解决当前大学生自主学习能力、动手实践能力、综合素质能力和创新能力偏低,就业核心竞争力不强的困难,通过对影响大学生就业竞争力的原因分析,引导大学毕业生转变传统的就业观念,提高自主学习的积极性,改进课堂教学方法与教学手段,开展校企合作共同培养项目,抓好技能训练,促进动手能力提高,加强培养学生的创新能力,实现大学毕业生就业核心竞争力的提升。

To solve the problems of low abilities in students＇ automatic learning, hands-on practicing, innovating and com- prehensive quality, and weak in employment core competitiveness, by analyzing the impacts of the employahility and competitive- ness, it is necessary to guide the students to shift the traditional concept of employment, improve classroom teaching methods, and launch teaching-research-production cooperative projects. This model has been used in the Electronic Program for years re- sults a 98% employment of the graduates, and proved a good attempt.
