摘要
在以"能力"为重心的"应用型人才"培养目标的导向下,大学英语教学改革朝着个性化、自主式学习方向发展,要求教学在培养运用能力的同时,更要注重自主实践能力、创新能力的培养。针对学生学习风格差异、不善于沟通、课堂管理欠缺等教学现状,文中所探讨的新途径以组织和参与为核心的MS-EEPO有效教育理念为依据,通过构建MS-EEPO学教评三位一体的大学英语课堂,提高学生的实践能力和创新能力,实现以人为本、以学生为主体的教学理念。
Guided by the cultivative target of applicable talents, college English teaching reform develops towards the devel- opment of individual and auto learning , both applicability and innovative ability should be foucus on in teaching. Directed against the situations of different learning styles,not good at communication,poor classroom management etc, the new approach is based on the core of MS--EEPO --learning through practice , by constructing "Three-in-One" college English classes, develops students' practical and innovative ability, put the teaching concept of people-oriented and students-centered into practice.
