三角帆蚌和褶纹冠蚌培育附壳造型珍珠的术前处理及养殖模式研究 被引量:6

摘要 2005年3月~2007年12月,通过系列实验比较了术前处理和养殖模式对三角帆蚌和褶纹冠蚌培育附壳造型珍珠效果的影响。结果表明:1)术前处理能显著提高三角帆蚌及褶纹冠蚌的成活率、成珠率和优珠率(P<0.05)。2)三角帆蚌及褶纹冠蚌鱼蚌混养组的成活率、成珠率和优质珠显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。手术蚌处理的合适密度为3000只/667m2,透明度5060cm,处理时间2030d;蚌鱼混养的草鱼和鲮鱼放养密度为50~70尾/667m2,鲢鱼20~30尾/667m2,鳙鱼50~60尾/667m2,三角帆蚌或褶纹冠蚌放养密度1200只/667m2。 The influence of pre-operation condition and culture method on pearl production of Hyriopsis cumingii and Cristaria plicata was carried out during the period of March 2005 to December 2007. The results were as follows: 1 :The survival rate, pearl production rate and high-quality pearl percentage was able to increase significantly by pre-operation (P〈0.05). 2: The survival rate, pearl production rate and high-quality pearl percentage of fish-freshwater mussel polyculture groups was higher than those of contract (P〈0.05). The suitable capacity, transparency and condition time of surgical pearl oyster was 3000/667m^2 , 50--60 cm and 20--30 d. The capacity of fish such as Ctenopharyngodon idellus and Cirrhinus moli- torella , Hypophthalmictuthys molitrix , and Aristichthys nobillis in fish-freshwater mussel polyculture was 50--70/667m^2 , 20--30/667m^2 , 50--60/667m^2 , and the capacity of Hyriop- sis curningii or Cristaria plicata was 1200/667m^2
