天然气泄露应急处置系统研究与应用

摘要 以含H2S天然气泄漏典型扩散为例,采用动态数值模拟技术,在污染物扩散分析软件HYSPLIT软件基础上研究天然气泄露扩散模型,利用环境数据库、设计数据库、施工数据库、应急资源数据库等数据并结合三维模拟技术,以三维GIS软件SkyLine为基础支撑平台,建设三维GIS应急处置系统,通过系统开发实现泄露点附近的地形地貌、泄露扩散影响范围、居民疏散路线、需启动的应急广播点、应急预案等查询、定位及展示功能,以得到复杂地形及不同气象条件下天然气集输或钻采系统H2S泄漏扩散所影响的区域,在天然气泄漏后为指挥部门提供准确、快速、高效的数据及技术支持,以保证高含硫气田开发生产的安全和健康可持续发展。 Typical diffusion H2S-containing gas leak, for example, the use of dynamic numerical simulation techniques to study the natural gas leaked diffusion model HYSPLIT software based on pollutant dispersion analysis software, the environmental database, the design database, construction database, emergency resource database data and combined with three-dimensional simulation technology, three-dimensional GIS software SkyLine based support platform, construction of three-dimensional GIS emergency response system, developed through the system leaked near topography leaked diffusion sphere of influence, residents of evacuation routes, emergency broadcast point will need to start the emergency plan query, locate and display features, to get H2S leak proliferation of the affected area of the gathering and transportation of natural gas or drilling systems in complex terrain and under different weather conditions, natural gas leak commanding departments provide accurate, fast and efficient data and technical support, sustainable development in order to ensure the safety and health of the high-sulfur gas field development and production.
