摘要
在船舶的建造与维修中常常发生焊接变形的情况,对船舶的质量以及运行造成了安全隐患,并使相应的成本费用提高,对于我国航运事业来说形成了制约与阻碍。在船舶焊接施工过程中,导致其焊接变形的因素众多,必须深入地进行分析研究。文章介绍了船舶修造焊接过程中的变形情况,提出了对变形情况进行的矫正方法与应对措施。
In the ship construction and repairing, welding deformation is the most common situation, which has a great effect on the safety of the shipbuilding quality and its operation as well as increasing cost. It restricts and obstructs the shipping industry. In the welding process, the welding deformation is caused by many factors which must be thorough analyzed and studied. The article introduces the welding deformation in shipbuilding and repairing, and presents the correction methods and measures.
