摘要
42例(侧)颌下区手术,应用自制神经刺激器追踪暴露面神经下颌缘支进行观察,结果表明。面神经下颌缘支在下颌骨下缘上方行走28支(31.5％),呈弓状行走于下颌骨下缘下40支(44.9％),大致平行于下颌缘行走21支(23.6％);面神经下颌缘支本干有1～4支,单独1支者10例(23.8％),2支者19例(45.2％),3支者11例(26.2％),4支者2例(4.8％).
The applied anatomy of the mandibular branches of facial nerve was investigated in 42 patients during submandibular operations. The nerve stimulator was employed for tracing mandibular branch es. This study showed that the mandibular branch located above the inferior border of mandible was 28 branches (31. 5%), below and just along the inferior border of mandible was 40 branches (44. 9%) , and 21 branches (23. 6%). The result indicated that the mandibular branch possesses multiple branches in anatomic feature. Of 10(23. 8%) cases, there were a single branch, while 19(45. 2%), 11 (26. 2%) and 2 (4. 8%) cases had 2, 3, 4, branches respectively. The technique of the operation was described and discussed in detail.
