城市物流配送系统的环境影响评估

基于生命周期分析(Life Cycle Analysis,LCA)原理,研究了城市物流配送系统的业务流程与外部环境的交互作用。通过分析各个业务模块的能源消耗及污染物排放,对城市物流配送系统的综合环境影响做出了评估。对三种不同模式的城市物流配送系统的环境影响进行了比较分析,结果证明,第三方物流(3rdParty Logistics,3PL)和共同配送在发展城市绿色物流配送方面,比企业自营物流配送具有更好的环境效益。

Based on the principle of Life Cycle Analy- sis, the business processes and their interactions with environment of urban logistics distribution system are studied. Through energy consumption and pollutant discharges analysis of various business processes, evaluation on the comprehensive environ- mental impact is made on the system. Furthermore, comparative analysis is carried out to three modes of the urban logistics distri- bution systems. Results show the advantages of Third Party Logistics and joint distribution in developing green urban logistics distribution.
