The paper introduces a method of the diagnosis in energy consumption to the HVAC equipment on the spot investigation, with analyzing the features of the calculation parameters such as observation-question, test-calculation, identification-resolution, assessing the crux of the problem and solving the problem. Based on analysis of the system in execution stage of the project and the questions in the service automatic movement process, results of these analysis for different schemes are given, in order to give guidance and overall consideration to the work of conserving energy and reducin~ emissions.
