摘要
莱钢型钢厂大型H型钢生产线润滑体系由油气、干油以及稀油三部分组成,针对每种润滑方式的特点以及现场设备的工作状态进行分析,合理有效地将油气、干油、稀油三种润滑方式优化组合,从而形成了一套完备的润滑方案,使整条轧线的润滑效率大大提高。
Laigang large-scale H-beam steel production line lubrication system consists of three parts of oil and gas, dry oil and light oil. The characteristics of each lubrication way and working conditions of on-site equipments are analyzed, a rational and effective optimization and combination of the three kinds of lubrication is carried out to form a complete lubricant solution, so that the entire line of rolling lubrication efficiency is improved.
