摘要
结合本钢炼钢厂生产实践,从转炉炼钢各种影响因素对炉衬的侵蚀机理入手,提出了完善的日常炉衬维护措施,强化了溅渣护炉的应用技术,加强了炉衬的维护,提高了转炉炉龄,为降低炼钢生产成本奠定了基础。
Combined with practices in Benxi steel steelmaking mills, and starting from the erosion mech- anism of various converter steelmaking factors affecting the lining, the paper has proposed a complete dai- ly lining maintenance measures, which have strengthened the application of slag splashing technology and lining maintenance, increased the lifespan of converters, and paved a sound basis for reducing steel production cost.
