摘要 病人男性，38岁。因“腰背部疼痛4个门余，加重6d”于2010—02—21入院（胃肠外科）、病人4个月前无明显诱因突然出现腰背部疼痛，呈阵发性，无明显缓解。在当地医院行理疗，末见好转。6d前腰背部再次出现疼痛，行CT检查示：左下腹肿块，性质待查。
