英夫利西单抗治疗炎性肠病相关性关节炎1例报告 被引量：1

A case of infliximab treating inflammatory bowel disease related arthritis

摘要 肿瘤坏死因子（TNF）-a在脊柱关节炎（SpA）和炎性肠病（IBD）的发病机制中占有重要的地位，阻断TNF生物合成或生物作用的抗TNF治疗已经成为SpA和IBD治疗的新方向。本文介绍了1例以关节肿痛起病的SpA患者在接受依那西普治疗的过程中出现IBD的临床表现，后换用英夫利西单抗即获得显著疗效的案例。现报道如下。
