甲减影响新生期鼠脑梨状皮质Goα及Gsα的基因表达 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究甲状腺功能低下对新生期鼠脑梨状皮质Goα及GsαmRNA表达的影响。 方法采用地高辛标记寡核苷酸探针原位杂交技术 ,对围生期正常及甲减Wistar大鼠动物模型梨状皮质Goα及GsαmRNA的表达状况进行研究。 结果 14d龄甲减鼠脑梨状皮质GoαmRNA的表达明显升高 ,但其GsαmRNA与对照组无显著差异。结论在鼠脑发育过程中 ,甲状腺激素对梨状皮质Goα基因的表达具有负调作用 。 Objective To study the expression of Goα and Gsα mRNA in piriform cortex of brain in perinatal rats with or without hypothyroidism. Methods We use nonradioactive in situ hybridization technique to observe Goα and Gsα mRNA levels in piriform cortex of Wistar rat affected by perinatal hypothyroidism. Results Goα mRNA level in piriform cortex of 14d rat brain with perinatal hypothyroidism was increased,but not that of Gsα mRNA. Conclusion Thyroid hormone can downregulate Goα gene transcription in piriform cortex during the development of rat brain while Gsα gene transcription is not influenced.
