摘要
采用实验和数值法研究了聚氨酯材料受冲击载荷作用的过程,比较两种方法所得到的冲击脉冲力峰值及冲击脉宽结果。结果表明,实验和数值计算法结果差别较大。对数值计算模型进行修正,修正模型得到的冲击脉冲力峰值和脉宽精度较高,与实验值吻合较好。可将此方法作为一种估算聚氨酯材料受冲击载荷作用的冲击脉冲的有效计算手段。
The process of polyurethane material impacted loading was researched using the testing and numeri- cal value methods. The results of impact pulse peak value and pulse width of two methods were compared and found that the results were large differences. The numerical model was modified. Modified numerical calculated impact pulse peak value and pulse width were high precision and corrformed with the test value. This was an effective calcu- lation method which could estimate the impact pulse peak value of polyurethane material impacted loading.
