摘要 采用静态阻垢实验考察了静电场与ESA/AMPS共聚物共同作用时的阻垢性能。实验结果表明,静电场与ESA/AMPS共聚物对碳酸钙和磷酸钙有协同阻垢作用,静电与ESA/AMPS共聚物对CaCO3的协同阻垢率比药剂单独作用时最大可提高19%;静电与ESA/AMPS共聚物对Ca3(PO4)2的协同阻垢率比药剂单独作用时最大提高量可达73.3%。利用扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)对CaCO3垢样进行了观察。结果表明,ESA/AMPS共聚物对垢样晶形有扭曲作用,而静电与ESA/AMPS共聚物协同作用时,与共聚物单独使用时的垢样没有太大改变。 The scale inhibition performance of electrostatic field with ESA/AMPS copolymer was investigated by using the static scale inhibition test. The experimental results show that electrostatic field with ESA/AMPS copolymer has synergistic scale inhibition effect. The scale inhibition rate on CaCOa is increased by 19%, and the scale inhibition rate on Ca3 (PO4)2 is in creased by 73.3%. The scale samples CaCOa were characterized by scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffraction. The re- suits show that the synergism between electrostatic field and the ESA/AMPS copolymer could split and distort the crystallite of calcium carbonate more remarkably, but there are only a little difference when using the ESA/AMPS copolymer alone.
