丙泊酚、芬太尼、咪达唑仑复合麻醉在门诊妇产科手术中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 目的研究丙泊酚、芬太尼、咪达唑仑复合麻醉在门诊妇产科手术中应用的临床疗效和镇静效果。方法随机选取2008年—2011年在本院门诊妇产科手术室行无痛人工流产术的病例202例,根据麻醉的不同分为两组:对照组采用丙泊酚联合芬太尼麻醉;实验组选择丙泊酚、芬太尼、咪达唑仑复合麻醉。对照组为97例,实验组为105例。观察术中及术后的不良反应、麻醉效果、镇静效果、镇静时间,记录BP、HR、SpO2,监测BIS值,行OAA/S评分。结果对照组与实验组相比较麻醉效果、镇静时间、不良反应等差异不显著,而BIS值、OAA/S评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在门诊妇产科手术中采用丙泊酚、芬太尼、咪达唑仑复合麻醉具有较好的镇静效果,镇静时间也相对降低,可以作为1种常用的安全有效麻醉方式。 Objective To study the clinical efficacy and sedative effects of propofol, fen- tanyl, midazolam compound anesthesia in outpatient department of Obstetrics and gynecology opera- tion application. Methods 202 cases were randomly selected from 2008 to 2011 of painless artificial abortion in our hospital's outpatient department of obstetrics and gynecology operation room, divided into two groups according to the different anesthesia: control group use the combined anesthesia of propofol combined with fentanyl anesthesia; experimental group use propofol, fentanyl, midazo- lam compound anesthesia. There are 97 cases in control group, 105 cases in experimental group. Observe adverse reaction in intraoperation and postoperation, anesthesia effect, sedation effect and time, record BP, HR, SpO2, detect BIS value and score OAA/S. Results There are no significant differences in anesthesia effect, sedation time, adverse reaction in control group respectively com- pared with experimental group, while differences of BIS value, OAA/S score have statistics signifi- cance. Conclusion Using propofol, fentanyl, midazolam compound anesthesia in the outpatient department of Obstetrics and Gynecology operation has better sedation effect, sedation time is relatively lower, propofol, fentanyl, midazolam compound anesthesia can be used as a common mode of anesthesia in outpatient department of Obstetrics and gynecology operation, it's safe and effective.
