摘要
目的评价伐昔洛韦治疗复发性生殖器疱疹的临床疗效。方法将入选患者随机分为2组,实验组患者给予伐昔洛韦,对照组给予阿昔洛韦,对2组患者复发情况进行观察。结果与对照组相比,伐昔洛韦能明显减少患者的疱疹复发次数,有效率高于对照组。结论伐昔洛韦能有效预防生殖器疱疹的复发。
Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect of valaciclovir in the treatment of recurrent genital herpes. Methods The patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. The experiment group received valaciclovir while the control group received acyclovir. The recurrences of the two groups were observed. Results Compared with the control group, valacyclovir can significantly reduce the frequency of patients with recurrent herpes. The efficiency was higher than that in control group. Conclusion Valaciclovir is effective in preventing the recurrence of genital herpes.
