尿毒症血透后肺^(99m)TC-DTPA清除率改变及意义

Pulmonary Clearance of Technetium Labelled DTPA in Uremic Patients Before and After Hemodialysis and Its Significance

目的通过比较尿毒症患者血透前后肺99mTC -DTPA清除率 ,了解尿毒症患者肺通透性改变规律及其与肺、肾功能的关系。 方法 2 3名受试者 ,包括 11名健康人和 12名尿毒症患者 ,吸入肺99mTC -DTPA气溶胶后连续采集双肺放射性计数 30min ,计算T1/ 2 。 结果健康人与尿毒症患者血透前T1/ 2 分别为 77.9± 11.7min和 5 7.5± 17.2min(P <0 .0 1) ,尿毒症患者血透后T1/ 2 为 76 .0± 2 2 .0min ,与血透前比有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。 结论尿毒症患者存在肺上皮通透性异常增高 。

Objective We compared the pulmonary clearance of 99m TC-DTPA in uremic patients before and after hemodialysis in order to find out the role of change of pulmonary and renal function. Methods 23 patients inhaled aerosol which was generated from French Venticis Ⅱ nebulizer, then the records were taken for at least 30 minutes to calculate T 1/2 . Results Normal controls vs uremic patients before hemodialysis T 1/2 :77.9±11.7min vs 57.5±17.2min( P <0.01),uremic patients after hemodialysis T 1/2 ∶76.0±22.0min,which showed great siginificance compared with before hemodialysis( P <0.05). Conclusion Uremic patients showed faster clearance of 99m TC-DTPA than that observed in healthy nonsmokers, thus we suggest that in uremic patients the pulmonary alveolar permeabi lity increased and this can be modifited by hemodialysis.
