糖脉康联合依帕司他治疗糖尿病神经源性膀胱的临床研究

Clinical research of Tangmaikang combined with epalrestat in the treatment of diabetic neurogenic bladder

目的观察糖脉康联合依帕司他治疗糖尿病神经源性膀胱的疗效。方法将100例糖尿病神经源性膀胱患者随机分成治疗组50例,对照组50例。对照组予糖尿病饮食,采用常规胰岛素及口服降糖药物控制血糖,达到良好的血糖控制水平,并予甲钴胺治疗。治疗组在对照组基础上加用糖脉康和依帕司他治疗,疗程60 d。结果治疗组总有效率为76%,对照组总有效率为38%,2组比较差异有显著统计学意义。结论糖脉康联合依帕司他治疗糖尿病神经源性膀胱有显著疗效,具有重要的临床应用和推广价值。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Tangmaikang combined with epalre- star in the treatment of diabetic neurogenic bladder. Methods A total of 100 patients with diabetic neurogenic bladder were randomly divided into treatment group （ n = 50） and control group （ n = 50）. The control group received diabetes diet in order to achieve good blood glucose control level, conventional insulin and oral hypoglycemic drugs to control blood glucose, and oral intake of mecobalamin. Based on the control group, the treatment group received additional Tangmaikang and epalrestat. Results The total effectiveness rate of the treatment group was 76 %, and the total effectiveness rate in the control group was 38 %. The difference between the two groups were statis- tically significant. Conclusion Tangmaikang combined with epalrestat in the treatment of diabetic neurogenic bladder has remarkable curative effect , and has important clinical value for application and popularization.
