Significance of Occupational Therapy for Improvement Delicate Function of Upper Extremity in Hemiplegic Patients

研究作业疗法在偏瘫上肢功能恢复中的作用。 方法对 6 7例偏瘫患者作系统的作业治疗 ,在治疗前后均用Fugl-Meyer法及ADL方法评价。 结果经治疗后 ,上肢及手功能改善的达 78% ,ADL能力提高的达 87%。 结论采用作业疗法强化偏瘫患者的上肢及手功能训练 ,能有效地改善和恢复手和上肢的各种精细协调动作 ,提高偏瘫患者的日常生活活动能力 。

Objective To study the effect of occupational therapy (OT) for the improvement upper extremity function of the hemiplegic patient. Methods 67 hemiplegic patients have recevied OT, and assessed with Fugl-Meyer and ADL method. Results After treatment, improvement of upper extremity and hand about 78%, ADL ability about 87%. Conclusion Application OT for training the function of upper extremity and hand of hemiplegia, may recover the all kinds of delicate and coordinate action of hand and upper extremity and improve the quality of daily living.\;
