溃疡性结肠炎的中西医结合治疗与护理

Nursing and treatment of ulcerative colitis with combined treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine and western medicine

目的探讨中西医结合疗法对湿热型溃疡性结肠炎的治疗和护理效果。方法应用中西医结合治疗与护理的方法治疗32例湿热型溃疡性结肠炎,并观察其疗效。结果 31例好转,1例未愈,总有效率为96.9%。结论中西医结合疗法与护理对溃疡性结肠炎的治疗有明显效果,值得推广。

Objective To explore the nursing and therapeutic effects of combined treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine and western medicine in treating damp-heat type ulcerative colitis. Methods 32 patients with damp-heat type ulcerative colitis were treated and cared with combined treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine and western medicine, and the efficacy was observed. Results 31 patients healed well, and 1 patient failed, the total effective rate was 96.9%. Conclusion Nursing and combined treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine and western medicine is effective for treating ulcerative colitis, so it is worthy of popularization.
