25例胫骨远端粉碎性骨折围术期的护理及康复指导

Perioperative nursing and rehabilitation guidance for 25 patients with distal tibial comminuted fracture

目的探讨胫骨远端粉碎性骨折围术期的护理及康复指导的效果。方法对25例胫骨远端粉碎性骨折患者围术期的护理及康复指导进行回顾性分析。结果本组25例患者均无骨感染、切口不愈合,其中3例局限皮肤坏死、1例肺部感染均于相关处理后治愈。经术后3个月～2年随访,完全满意21例,相对满意4例。结论围术期的护理及康复指导可使患者摆脱心理负担,尽早下地行走,从而促进关节功能恢复及骨、切口愈合,治疗效果明显,并能降低并发症发生率。

Objective To explore the effect of perioperative nursing and rehabilitation guidance for patients with distal tibial comminuted fracture. Methods The perioperative nursing and rehabilitation guidance of 25 patients with distal tibial comminuted fracture were analyzed retrospec-tively. Results none of 25 patients had infection of bone or disunion of incision. 3 patients had local skin necrosis and 1 patient had pulmonary infection, all of 4 patients were cured after related treat- ment. After 3 months to 2 years follow-up visit, the complete satisfaction on therapeutic effect was achieved in 21 patients and relatively satisfaction was achieved in 4 paitents. Conclusion Periopera- rive nursing and rehabilitation guidance can enable the patients to get rid of the psychological burden, walk as early as possible, promote the recovery of joint function and healing of bone and incision. So it has an obvious therapeutic effect and can reduce the incidence rate of complications.
