摘要
以粗糙表面计算机仿真为手段,提出通过控制不同高度分布和自相关函数来研究粗糙度的分布特性,并基于此方法给出不同自相关长度和计算长度下各类粗糙度参数的变化规律。研究表明:相关长度对空间参数和均方根斜率、均方根曲率等形状表征参数有较大影响,而幅值参数则与其无关;计算长度取为一定值以上时,各类参数计算结果趋于稳定。通过比较幅值参数与理论结果的一致性,验证了文中算法及计算结果是可信的。
Based on the means of rough surface computer simulation, the study of roughness distribution characteristics with different height distribution and auto-correlation functions are developed. The change rule of the roughness characterization parameters with different auto-correlation functions and computing lengths is revealed by using the studied means. It is indicated that correlation length has a significant impact on the spatial parameters and the shape parameters such as root-mean-square slope and root-meansquare curvature, but has nothing to do with the amplitude parameters ; all kinds of roughness parameters tend to be constant when the computing length is above a certain value. It is preliminarily valida- ted that the algorithm and the calculated results are credible by the comparison between the simulation and the theory amplitude parameters.
