摘要
以某型飞机舱门锁机构为研究对象,通过ADAMS建立某型飞机舱门锁机构动力学分析模型并对其进行确定性分析,研究了锁钩与锁环的间隙对上锁和开锁功能的影响,考虑锁钩与锁环的不同间隙对上锁和开锁功能的影响,引入蒙特卡洛法对飞机舱门锁机构进行可靠性及灵敏度分析。最后,运用试验方法验证了飞机舱门锁机构理论分析的正确性,分析结果可为锁机构卡滞可靠性评估提供参考。
In this paper, the research object is a lock mechanism on the aircraft hatch door. Based on theoretic analysis and experiment, the influence of clearance between lock hook and ring on lock machine is researched. A dynamic simulation model of the lock mechanism on the aircraft hatch door is built on ADAMS. The simulation of lock performance is carried out. Considering the influence of clearance between lock hook and ring on lock machine, the function reliability and sensitivity of lock mechanism on the aircraft hatch door are analyzed by Monte Carlo method. Then, the theoretic analysis of lock mechanism on the aircraft hatch door are validated by experiment, the influence of clearance on lock mechanism are also researched. The results can provide a reference for reliability evaluation of lock mechanism on the aircraft hatch door.
