摘要
针对某种线圈装配系统机械手的运动规律,利用ADAMS对机械手进行振动仿真分析,获取机械手端部振幅及衰减情况,得出机械手底部振动对下一步装配质量的影响,同时为装配系统控制程序的延时提供了理论依据。
According to movements of manipulator,vibration simulation analysis of the manipulator is carried out by ADAMS.The vibration data of the manipulator bottom is eventually acquired,which has an influence on the next step of assembly.It has provided theoretical foundation for design of assembly system.
