摘要
针对某分节式电容液位计的虚拟自动装配技术进行了深入研究,提出了一种通过逐层选择方式来获得元件装配路径ID表的新方法。介绍并绘制了自动装配程序流程图,并以VC++语言为工具,开发了基于Pro/Toolkit的Pro/E自动装配程序。该自动装配技术与程序可以简化产品的装配过程,提高装配效率,节约产品开发的人力和时间成本,并增强产品市场竞争力。
Virtual automatic assembly is studied for a particular articulatory capacitive liquidometer. A novel level-by-level selected method is proposed to get the assembly path ID table of a component. Accordingly to the presented flow diagram, automatic assembly program is developed by using Pro/Toolkit and VC + + language in Pro/E environment. The program which is facile to implement the product assembly process can improve the assembly efficiency, reduce the cost, and enhance the competition capability.
