磁传动装置密封罩的设计及温度场分析 被引量:4

摘要 针对目前磁传动装置常常因涡流发热而导致磁体退磁的问题,根据压力容器的设计标准及密封罩的冷却要求,设计了双螺纹结构冷却流道的密封罩。对密封罩进行了温度场理论分析,并采用FLUENT流场分析软件对密封罩进行了温度场及流场模拟分析。结果表明,双螺纹结构的密封罩流动阻力小,冷却效果好,保证了磁传动装置的正常工作。 As the problems of magnet demagnetization resulted by eddy current always happened in the application of the magnetic transmission, a new type of cooling flow channel with double-thread structure was designed with standard of the pressure vessel's design and requirements of sealed cowling's cooling. The theoretical analysis of temperature field for the sealed cowling was made, and the simulation analyses of the temperature and flow field were made by FLUENT. The results show that the sealed cowling with doublethread structure has small flow resistance and good cooling effect. It ensures that the magnetic transmission works properly.
