摘要
先天性幽门肥厚性狭窄（CHPS）是婴儿最常见的呕吐原因之一，常导致婴儿营养不良和生长发育迟缓，若不及时处理可致死。主要治疗方法是幽门环肌切开术。作者回顾性分析本院近6年来住院病例围术期治疗策略，发现早手术、早期喂养有助于改善临床疗效。
