摘要
针对粗集料棱角性评价方法进行理论和试验研究。从集料棱角性定义出发,考虑其对混合料路用性能的影响。提出松装密度、振装密度和流动时间3种评价粗集料棱角性的试验方法,并对石灰岩碎石、玄武岩碎石和破碎河滩料粗集料棱角性进行评价。研究针片状颗粒和浑圆状颗粒(破碎河滩料)含量与棱角性的关系,提出基于3种试验方法的粗集料棱角性技术指标及标准。
This paper conducts theoretical and experimental study on evaluation method for angularity of coarse aggregates.Starting from the definition of angularity of aggregates,the paper considers its influences on road performance of mixtures.The paper proposes three experimental methods,i.e.apparent density,vibration loading density and flow time to evaluate angularity of coarse aggregates,and assesses the angularity of coarse aggregates including limestone rubble,basalt rubble and crushing beach material.The paper studies the relationship between the contents of elongated and flaky particles and round shaped particles(crushing beach material) and the angularity,and proposes technical indices and standards for angularity of coarse aggregates based on three experimental methods.
