血小板活化因子在生殖中的作用

摘要 血小板活化因子又名血小板激活因子（platelet activating factor，PAF），是近年来发现的一种高生物活性的细胞因子，参与了多种病理过程；对发挥正常生殖功能也起重要作用，本文就其基本特点和在生殖中的作用进行综述。
