喘息性婴幼儿外周血嗜酸性粒细胞Caspase-3、Bcl-2的表达及意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察婴幼儿喘息性疾病外周血嗜酸性粒细胞中Caspase-3及Bcl-2的表达,探讨两者在外周血嗜酸性粒细胞凋亡中的作用。方法选取喘息性婴幼儿120例作为试验对象,分为2个月-1岁组45例,1-2岁组35例,2-3岁组40例。健康对照组30例,均为健康体检婴幼儿,年龄4个月-3岁。每组入选病例均取空腹静脉抗凝血3份,每份4 ml,分别进行嗜酸性粒细胞计数及嗜酸性粒细胞中Caspase-3及Bcl-2表达的检测。结果各喘息组与对照组比较,喘息组标本中嗜酸性粒细胞明显升高,喘息组嗜酸性粒细胞中Caspase-3活性表达水平明显降低(P<0.05),Bcl-2表达水平明显升高(P<0.05)。结论喘息性婴幼儿外周血中Caspase-3活性表达水平降低及Bcl-2表达水平升高,可能是引起外周血嗜酸性粒细胞凋亡减少的原因。 Objective To investigate the expression of Caspase-3 and Bcl-2 in peripheral blood eosinophils of infants with wheezing,and to explore the roles of Caspase-3 and Bcl-2 in the apoptosis of eosinophils.Methods A total of 120 infants with wheezing were enrolled and divided into three groups based on the age:≤1 year group(n=45),1-2 years group(n=35),2-3 years group(n=40).Thirty healthy infants were chosen as controls aged from four months to three years old.Three samples of 4 ml blood were extracted from vein of each infant were used to count the eosinophils and measure the expression of Caspase-3 and Bcl-2 in eosinophils.Results Compared to controls,numbers of eosinophils were increased significantly in infants with wheezing(P0.05),and the activity of Caspase-3 in eosinophils decreased significantly(P0.05),and the expression of Bcl-2 increased significantly(P0.05).Conclusion The decrease of Caspase-3 activity and the increase of Bcl-2 expression in peripheral blood eosinophils of infants with wheezing may induce the decrease of apoptosis in peripheral blood eosinophils.
