摘要 通常,轨道走轮表面淬火后,存在淬硬层浅、不均匀,有软带等问题。采用新型专用精控式中频感应淬火装备对走轮进行表面淬火,结果表明,走轮踏面淬硬层硬度、深度均匀,仿形效果好,满足了走轮的性能要求。 In general, relatively shallow or non-uniform hardened case, soft band and other deficiencies will come into existance in the travelling wheel surface-hardened. The travelling wheel was surface hardened with the use of a new type of accurately controlled special mid-frequency induction hardening equipment, as a result, the travelling wheel tread offered desired contour hardened ease with uniform hardness and depth, eonforming with the property requirements.
