轮胎制备用聚乙烯隔离膜的研制

摘要 采用三层共挤吹塑工艺研制轮胎制备用聚乙烯(PE)隔离膜。结果表明:当表层高密度聚乙烯与低密度聚乙烯用量比为1∶1,芯层线形低密度聚乙烯、回收造粒料、隔离剂K用量比为100∶40∶2.5,并在各层中均添加3份遮光及抗紫外线母料,吹胀比为1.45~1.55时,PE隔离膜的透光率较小,对轮胎半成品胶片的隔离和保鲜效果较好。 The polyethylene(PE) isolation film used in tire production was developed by using three-layer blown film extrusion process.The results showed that,when the ratio of high density polyethylene and low density polyethylene in the surface layer was 1∶1,the ratio of low density polyethylene,recycled granulated materials and agent K in the core layer was 100∶40∶2.5,the addition level of opaque and anti ultraviolet masterbatch in each layer was 3 phr,and the blow-up ratio was 1.45~1.55,the produced PE film had low light transmittance and provided good isolation and preservation effect for semi-finished products of tire.
